Students study with a specially designed curriculum from the lessons from the world’s greatest thinkers in leadership. Lesson plans are filled with inspirational, practical principles from people who have significant achievements in careers, communities and families. The curriculum helps students gain wisdom and be inspired by these past and current leadership visionaries.

Practical Application

Students use their learning in practical application in their work of life

We are champions of possibility and potential. Fernando Flores said, “Great work is done by people who are not afraid to be great.” We know through a couple of decades of experience, teaching thousands of students in leadership, a person’s potential can only be expanded if a student actually uses what they have learned.

By combining elite leadership education with practical application, the program delivers a curriculum of self-discovery and professional growth where the learners turn valuable lessons into useful practice. Each student is unique, so each student will choose to practice their knowledge in a series of five Practical Applications, (one per module) they apply in either their own personal work or life.

We note, traditional leadership programs teach without practical application. This old school teaching model does not help professionals develop to their potential. Traditional leadership education without application does not cut it in our complex world.

The Employers Benefit

Employers who sponsor their staff to take this course will be encouraged to know each student can use their learning in specific leadership “projects” in their workplaces as soon as the program begins. The Practical Application component allows the student to start improving their skills at their jobs from the very beginning of the course adding value to both the organization and the student.

The curriculum and program materials are delivered in a manner where a student can also share relevant information with other staff easily and effectively.

Admission requirements

All applicants should be high school graduates or 18 years or older at the start of the applicant’s program or course
For applicants who have English as a second language, a language proficiency test may be required (IELTS 5.5 equivalency).
Alternatively, students can take the College language proficiency exam.
